  • YOU'RE OUT OF STOCK! WHEN WILL IT BE BACK?

    We like keeping the website up to date with what we have in stock. We open every Tuesday and/or Friday at 7pm Eastern (better known as Walt Disney World time) with restocks of what might have sold out the week before. New designs and items sometimes sell out very quickly so be ready to shop right when we open! We can only sell so many each week since we print and make everything ourselves, right here in Wisconsin.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

    We now offer multiple options for shipping speed. 1st class shipping is the cheapest option, comes with tracking but does not include insurance with your package. This usually takes 2-4 days to be delivered. Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express is also available and comes with insurance included, tracking and usually is delivered within 1-3 days. If your order is lost by USPS and you did not purchase Priority Shipping, we are not liable to replace any lost order. If your order is lost, we suggest filing a claim with USPS to help recover the package.

    Everything we make is ready to ship unless specifically noted as a pre order. Please note ready to ship (like in most businesses) still means a 1-3 day processing time before it ships. When your order ships, you will receive an email with USPS tracking information as well as an estimated delivery date from USPS.

    For all international orders- it depends on the country where it is being shipped to. It is usually around 2-3 weeks though after processing time. For international orders, we can also mail to your WDW or DL resort!

  • WHAT ARE THESE EARS MADE OUT OF?

    We 3D print everything in house, here in Wisconsin. 3D printing consists of pretty complicated machines intricately printing layer by layer a plastic called PLA (polylactic acid) which is a vegetable based, fully biodegradable, polymer consisting of renewable raw materials. In short, it's really strong plastic that is good for the planet!

  • HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY UNIQUE EARS?

    Try to take the best possible care of your ears! While we do make them tough and sturdy, they can be ruined by being submerged in water/rain or left out in intense heat for very long periods of time. Inside each package, we include a card of how to take the best possible care of your ears. Please do not leave them on dashboards or cars, in luggage in your trunks or in dark colored bags in direct sunlight for extended (multiple hours) periods of time! We do not offer warranties or replacements on melted ears.

  • WHAT DOES ALL "INTERCHANGEABLE" ENTAIL?

    We have an ALL interchangeable ear system! If you would still like to request your ears and or bow to be permanent; just leave us a note requesting that in the comments section at checkout!

    We like to switch it up every now and then; whether it be for park hopping or just want a change. This means you can switch your ears out on your headband using our super strong snap velcro system. We actually use this velcro in the US Coast Guard to keep all our gear in place when the boats turn over so...it's pretty awesome stuff. Just unsnap the velcro and replace the ear with another one! The same goes for our hats; it's all the same snap velcro we use on all our interchangeable ear products too so you can share your ears with your friends, spouse etc. We also offer interchangeable bows and tiaras using a low profile velcro that won't get stuck in your hair! Just peel off the bow or tiara and switch them out at your own pleasure. Bows can be switched for tiaras and vice versa! The possibilities are endless!

  • WHERE CAN I SEE ALL THE DESIGNS YOU OFFER?

    You can view all of our designs on our Instagram page. It's also a great way to see how to style an outfit with your new ears! We have all sorts of fun outfits paired with items from other small shops we love!

  • HOW DO YOUR EARS FIT?

    All our ears are one size fits most. We use headbands that are extremely comfortable and do not squeeze your head at all (all day in the parks certified!) Our ears fit (usually) a 2 year old and up! Our Interchangeable Dad Hats fit most ages 2 years and up. Sizing of course really depends on each individual as we are all beautifully different! If you have a specific hat style or size you like, you can purchase the "Send in your Own Hat" listing and we will add our interchangeable system to them!   • HOW STURDY AND DURABLE ARE YOUR EARS?

    Well, let's put it this way...in our strength tests when we were designing our ears, we threw a pair as hard as we could against a wall. There is now a dent in that wall. We specifically designed our ears to be as lightweight as possible while still having an extremely strong, yet slightly flexible ear so that they are virtually park proof, kid proof, bag proof, TSA proof and so on. This doesn't mean that you should neglect them and smash them as hard as the Hulk would- we're just saying...they're pretty dang durable.

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    All ears will ship within 1-3 days from date of purchase unless specifically noted as a preorder or special holiday change. 1st Class Domestic Shipping takes 2-4 days to be delivered. (see more details above about delivery time above).

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

    Yes! We currently offer worldwide shipping at a fairly competitive and affordable rate! Rates do vary around the world but they range from $17-$30. We are not responsible to pay any customs fees any foreign country may impose upon receipt of your package. Our shipping times for International are longer than 2-4 days as well; they usually range from 2-4 weeks at the most in our experience. Have a trip coming up and trying to stay in a budget? We do offer shipping to WDW resorts at a US shipping price! Just put your WDW resort address in the shipping address form at checkout!

  • DO YOU OFFER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

    We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order; we want to make sure you're happy with your Factory 55 products!

  • DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS OR GROUP ORDERS?

    We are sorry to say we no longer accept custom ear design requests! For group orders- we love it! Just send us an email and we can get you a quote!
